How far in advance should we book a corporate band?
For peak season (summer and November–December), availability can go quickly. If you have a date and venue, it’s best to enquire early. If you’re working to a short deadline, still ask; we may have options.
Can you work to a strict running order and schedule?
Yes. Corporate events often run to tight timings. We’ll confirm your schedule in advance and coordinate set times, breaks, announcements and any key moments with your organiser or venue.
Do you provide PA, sound engineer and lighting?
Most bands supply professional sound as standard, with options to scale up for larger rooms. Lighting is often available as an add-on. We’ll recommend the right spec based on guest numbers, room size and the brief.
Can you handle speeches, awards and microphones?
Yes. We can arrange microphone support for speeches and awards, and help you plan smooth transitions so the room energy stays where you want it.
Can the band play background music during networking or dinner?

Do you have public liability insurance and PAT-tested equipment?
Most professional acts can provide documentation such as public liability insurance and PAT testing on request (venue requirements vary). Tell us what your venue needs and we’ll ensure the right paperwork is available.
